The City That Shuts Down

So of course we choose to pick to come to Phnom Penh is when the king dies. So every single day more and more of the riverside is shut down and more and more shops and restaurants continue to close down. Luckily we still have had alright luck finding things to do but we will be doing a second stay here later to do the national museum and royal palace. We are off to try dinner at Khmer Surin tonight and then are going to watch the Cambodian space project play at a local bar by recommendation of a London man we met while having a drink at the quay ( amazing view ). I continue to be covered in a rash without a cause but aside from wanting to scratch my skin off, I am alive and well in Cambodia ^_^

Oh and the pictures are of the view from the Quay and the difference between my corner and vans in the room….
